This is one of our weeknight favorites.  Everyone in the family loves this recipe, and it is a one pot dish which I love!  I wish I could cut down on the amount of butter, but it probably wouldn't be as good.  Enjoy!


Green Bean and Baked Chicken


4 chicken breasts (I do boneless, skinless and you can do more or less than 4.)
3 can of green beans (drained)
2 sticks of melted margarine (or butter)
6 red potatoes (you can use as many as you would like)
2 packages of Italian Dry Dressing (I use the Good Seasoning kind.)

Spray large baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken one side of the pan, drained green beans in the middle and the potatoes on the other side. Mix dressing and melted margarine. Pour over all. Bake covered at 350 for 2 hours. (Also, make sure your chicken is thawed out or it will take longer than 2 hours to cook.)
